Our strategy is to provide and/or facilitate pathways for youth to engage in economic activity after they complete our Programme through; Phronesis Alumni , Phronesis Entrepreneur Hub , Facilitated Exit Opportunities, Employment Placement, Education/Training Opportunity Partnerships, Enterprise Development Opportunity Streaming and Direct Employment Opportunity Streaming. - Phronesis Entrepreneur Hub
We assist youth in business to register their small businesses, Sales and Marketing their Businesses and Access to Small Capital Grants for their businesses. - Facilitated Exit Opportunities
Since 2015, through the implementation of the Phronesis: Youth Employment Services , we have been facilitating youth NEETs’ access to employment, enterprise development and education/training opportunities through strategic partnerships with organisations, companies and institutions. We have worked on this strategic partnership streaming to enable us to assess and build our own capacity for addition, youth candidates will be provided, in support from Afrika Tikkun Services will be plugged into the mainstream economy. - Employment Placement, Education/Training Opportunity Partnerships:
access to supplementary online courses and work opportunities provided through Phronesis Youth Development and Phronesis Partners e.g. Eskilz Collage, Afrika Tikkun Services, NYDA, Harambee and Others. - Enterprise Development Opportunity Streaming:
access to micro-enterprise development programmes through the Phronesis: Social Enterprise Partner, MYM Training & Development Services, as well as other identified business generators. - Direct Employment Opportunity Streaming:
In 2023, Phronesis intends to apply to be a direct implementation partner of the YES4Youth Initiative. If this is successful, we will be able to provide direct employment placement opportunity to our Alumni.
